J “Lowell” Fountain is a native of Georgia and a graduate of the University of Georgia.  He opened The J.L. Fountain Agency in 1972.  Since then, his vision to create an environment where families and businesses are served by honest, sincere and caring agents continues to this day.

His staff of licensed agents treat each customer as if they were their only one.  Instead of business relationships, we strive to create partnerships with our customers that last well beyond the point of sale.
